Very helpful giving good options and advice

The holiday advisor was polite and very friendly, the whole experience was made very easy. The store is well laid out, bright and clean. Definitely would recommend.

It’s was the manager David who helped us he was excellent in helping us in deciding which hotel to pick and also giving us information on which insurance package would suit our future travels and he explained about the hays travel card which we will definitely use

We were looked after by David at the Dalton Park office. My Sister and I were booking our first cruise and knew little other than that we favoured the Adriatic Coast. David was extremely knowledgeable, experienced in cruising and able to draw on that experience to make suggestions to identify the perfect cruise to meet our requirements. Brilliant experience- we can't wait for the holiday!

I just wanted to take some time to share some positive feedback about Kay who recently helped us booked our holiday to Thailand .
From start to finish she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was incredibly patient,attentive and responsive to our questions and she genuinely made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and her knowledge and professionalism really stood out .

Rang Hays at Dalton Park to pay for my pending holiday, I asked if they could cost flights/private transfers and luggage for a further holiday. David rang back with prices, I booked flights, transfers and luggage, very happy with the cost. Also booked a holiday for next year too. Very helpful staff, very satisfied once again.
