David was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We booked a holiday straight away, much easier then trailing through the web trying to sort yourself.

Great service

Caitlin listened carefully to our requirements, and booked our holiday with a lovely positive attitude. We were given plenty of time to consider our options, and we given great advice, with input and help from another agent as well. I always feel well looked after by Hays Travel and their knowledgeable staff.

The service we received Caitlin was exceptional nothing was too much trouble she went above and beyond to find us the best deals and choices we could get. She answered all our questions and went out of her way to find the information she didn’t have herself couldn’t of asked for a better service from her. Would highly recommend Caitlin and Hayes to anyone.

Caitlin was amazing at the Dalton Park branch she gave great advice and supported us to book a cruise for my mams 70th birthday. The full experience was so easy, she took all the worry off our hands Thanks again 5 star services.

We had a great experience with Hays Travel. Although the branch appeared to be a little short staffed, which was clearly outside of the team's control, the staff remained friendly, welcoming and professional throughout.

This is my first time travelling as a solo parent with two children aged 16 and 6, so I really appreciated the time and care taken to understand our needs. The team listened carefully to what we were looking for and were particularly understanding of my son's medical needs and the support he may require while travelling.

A special thank you to Kim, the Deputy Manager, who went above and beyond to help. Kim took extra time to check hotel reviews, the location and surrounding area, and to discuss options that would be suitable for my son's dietary requirements. She was patient, knowledgeable and reassuring, and took the time to answer all of my questions, helping me feel much more confident about travelling abroad alone with my children.

The only reason I've given 4 rather than 5 stars is that there were longer waiting times due to the branch appearing short staffed, which was clearly outside of the team's control. The service we received from Kim and the rest of the team, however, was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hays Travel to others.

Absolutely excellent. I called into the Dalton Park branch of Hays Travel with an itinerary for a multi centre holiday. We were helped by Kay who planned us the exact stay we wanted including flights, times, hotels, transfers we even got a fantastic price for airport car parking too. Couldn’t be happier!
