The service and professionalism was superb. The consultant Leela( sorry if mis spelt) listened to my request and managed to get everything I wanted plus more for a great price ....first time I've booked with Hays as I usually book independently but never again I am now a a Hays customer for all my travel needs ....thankyou

The lady we dealt with (Emily) was both very helpful, professional and patient!
Everything was completed to our utmost satisfaction on our first visit.
All that was further required was a return visit with our passports and proof that we'd taken out insurance.
