The member of staff (Cathy) with whom i dealt was really helpful in researching alternatives for me after she clarified that the Rory's Travel Club holiday i had enquired about was not an escorted tour. She prepared various quotations ve.ry promptly and came good on beating the price quoted by Cosmos. She was friendly and professional.

I think the girl helping us with our booking was called Adele. She was lovely and super helpful she had been chatting with me on Facebook previously so everything was very quick in and out within 10mins with a dream booking sorted.
