I’ve just booked my fourth trip to Club Mac in Alcudia, Majorca, through Hays Travel (Colne) and once again they made the whole process effortless and enjoyable.

This time, Neive handled my booking and she was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She listened to what we wanted, quickly sent over a great selection of options that suited our dates and preferences and before I knew it, everything was confirmed – the whole thing was sorted in under 90 minutes! Super efficient, friendly, and really helpful without any hard sell.

Very pleasant young lady who dealt with us very helpful

We then booked 2 more trips with great input / advice and time fom your Advisor. As we have used Hays on a number of occasions the team understand our requirements.
