We always use Hays in Colne. Harry is amazing and Lily sorted us with a last minute holiday when our original plans were cancelled. You feel thoroughly looked after and they spend time to get to know you so they can find holidays that really work for you. Highly recommended

Nothing was too much trouble
Nothing was too much trouble, even spending over an hour to find us the exact combination of destinations, accommodation, flights and choice of airport that we wanted. We've used Hays before and we'll use them again.

Booking our Honeymoon with Lily
We visited the Colne shop last week in hopes for inspo for our honeymoon. As our original destination was out of budget we were pleased to be told there were plenty of options with similar resorts just a different location closer to our budget and were shown a range of options and locations that fit our budget and to compare options. Lily was very helpful and sat with us for over an hour exploring our options and sharing her knowledge to help us find a great honeymoon location. Her enthusiasm and willingness to help got us excited to explore our options and even after we left the shop to think about booking she was at the other end of the phone to answer question we had.
We then went back the next day to book and Lily did everything for us, including booking airport parking and exploring lounge options.
Thanks so much Lily, you’ve been great! 10/10! Highly recommend!

Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish. We provided Neive with an itinerary and received a quote the next day. A few minor adjustments required by us and a new quote was with us the day after. So straight forward booked within days and we can’t wait for our holiday. Will have no hesitation in coming to Hays first

I have never booked a big holiday before and from the initial phone call to hays it was made easy from every member of staff we came in contact with. Harry is so patient and helpful, everyone was fantastic. We won’t go anywhere else again
