Planned on a certain holiday but didn’t meet all of our requirements. Clare kindly suggested something else, which looks (and I hope), is going to be better. She took the time to play around with dates etc to get us the cheapest price.

Claire is very friendly, helpful and knowledgable and fast in responding to any queries I had. I could not decide on which hotel to book in Morocco and Claire knowledge and experience helped me decide, I trusted her opinion. Claire beat the price I had found too, what’s not to love about that and a personal service!
The booking process is really easy, I had my holiday booked within 30 minutes of contacting Claire.
This is second time of utilising Claire after booking last year, of which I had a medical emergency and Claire was extremely supportive to us as a family of which I will never forget.

Booked our Holiday with Claire, excellent service, Claire found what we needed at a better price than elsewhere. I would definitely recommend booking through Claire.

By far the worst service I have ever received in 30 years of booking holidays. Took over 3 hours to come back to me with a quote that she had already advertised online and then was extremely rude to me. I sent a message to thank her for her time and I had booked with another Hays Homeworker. She actually replied saying
"Thanks for wasting my time".
Oh and then blocked me and took me off her FB!!!
I cant believe such a good company as Hays have someone like this representing their brand. I'm sure Irene Hays would be mortified if I sent her the screen shots of the conversation.... very very poor.
