Unbelievable, magical, amazing, SUPERSTAR!!! Claire is just amazing at what she does, she takes every bit of stress away from booking a holiday. We’ve booked so many holidays and every single time has been a breeze. I cannot recommend this woman enough. Thank you again x

Claire was brilliant. She’s honest and knowledgeable and even saved us a bit more money then she originally quoted.

Great claire is always only a WhatsApp message away which is reassuring if ever I need any advice with regards to any holiday I have booked..I like the ease of booking with Claire also as for this reason we have booked our last 3 holidays with her..have turned down offers from other travel agents wanting to help book hols as like to stick with Claire..

Claire went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable, she completed on a great deal for me at very last minute,

I Messaged Claire about a holiday deal she had up on her facebook page, it was Really easy and simple to book with Claire, she answered any questions I had in regards to the holiday quickly and give me plenty of information about the resort. Would highly recommend booking through Claire easy and straight forward! Will definitely book again in the future 😃.

Booking- agent was very contactable and gave up her time, with being very vigilant on taking the Children to Egypt for the first I had a lot of questions which I don’t think is unreasonable when parting with a lot of money :) but I was grateful of the time given when booking just to note this!

Negative- took a while to get full confirmation we sent the payment (a lot of money to us) and felt being a previous agent my self that we waited quite sometime, which made me and my husband nervous being first time booking not direct and using a Facebook/online hays independent agent, got the sense of more abrupt messages and annoyance when chased which didn’t like.
What made us give a 3* debated less as the holiday was booked wrong! When we arrived airport the check in tui agent explained my daughter who is 13 had been booked wrong by hays as she should be adult
We explained and had to show how we booked showing evidence wasn’t our mistake.. I had no idea how to get help or rectify this as was early morning.
We then panicked has the hotel been booked wrong? Will we get refused? Will we get charged
Very little communication back even after our 6 hour flight never responded back to me whilst we was travelling to hotel.
Luckily! The hotel didn’t pick up on fact my daughter was booked as a 11 year old and not 13 and yes we supplied all info correctly.
We encountered big issues at the return airport , language barrier and pleading with them checking in we almost didn’t get to travel home but after getting extra help they could see was not our fault
We won’t be using this agent again
I usually book everything my self but was a good deal but felt very poorly done the booking aftermath.
I’ve seen responses from the agent on others and I’m sure not all bookings like this, but just our experience
Over Red Sea were great though
But just these issues you don’t want arriving at the airport
If I’d of got more info or responses I wouldn’t have put this or would have put the positive that we got the help whilst away but didn’t feel like that at all.
But was a good deal and good price.
No immediate response- 7:15am responded 13:15pm responded
On the travel day issue.
I responded then back to get no more contact (screen shots taken)
And never heard again.
Both outbound and inbound hit issues both uk and Egypt side explaining my daughter had been booked incorrectly.
As I explained on the review communication and responses were great before booking
No debate on paperwork - as explained delay on confirmation.
Did not pester or force to reply when looking at booking a delay in response on when enquiring would have been no issue. just a geniune responding messages that happened into late evening. Which again completely appreciated.

But did feel a one line response when we were worried was not great from an agent, then to hear nothing not even a contact this person or that person if having issues
As in 25 years travelling never had an issue like that.

I never sent messages at unreasonable hours when making the booking after discussing and over messages yes it went into late evening but not once was said ‘I will contact you in the morning or I’m currently not working’ which would of been absolutely fine of course. And we do not ignore as explained when I contacted you once was able we was sorting new bank card before we could send payment,
bit unfair to make out we unreasonably contacted you.

Only one was at the airport and being told to contact you.

As we said the holiday was great and selected average due to we hit issues and to be honest after making the booking you became quite abrupt with responses.

After a lot of searching for a holiday that covers a bit of luxury but accommodates my disability & budget I came across Claire’s page on TikTok. I sent a little message with our wants & within 30 mins the response was great short flight short transfer 2 rooms AI with a spa, not only did we get exactly what we wanted & it was under budget with private transfer to cut out the two hour bus transfer
Excellent service now to kick back and count down the days 😁🛫

Great service, booked very quickly with help on different cabins.
