Carrie was superb, we have never been on a cruise before but Carrie talked us through it, using her specialist knowledge of many cruises she had experienced before , gently advising what's best for us as customers.

Excellent Service
Carrie sorted out 2 cruises for us. One required more effort since it was booked on board and required liaison with the cruise company directly. Carrie dealt with our requirements in a friendly and professional manner. It is an absolute pleasure to deal with this company.
