I spoke to Carrie in the morning and said I wanted to go to the shop that afternoon to confirm my holiday and pay a deposit, and even though she wasn’t there that day she said that she would pass all the details on to her team and they would be ready to go through everything when I got there.
I got to the shop a couple of hours later and true to her word they had all the information ready and I was literally in and out in less than 30 minutes.

It was a very pleasant and seamless experience and I would recommend Carrie and her team to anyone and everyone.

We received excellent service and guidance from the team. Initially, Lauren provided us with some very good potential options for our City break & when we had made a decision on the destination, Lily booked the trip efficiently and professionally for us. Additionally she gave us some really useful tips and suggestions about the Airport & City. Both Lauren and Lily are a credit to the Company.

Staff are always helpful but Jade was even more so, and took the time to find the right hotel, flights and price for my short trip to Benidorm.
