Sarah (Chippenham) was very friendly, patient, helpful and knowledgeable.
We came in with two ideas for the half term.
These weren't viable so she took great care looking for something that matched our dates and times....Thank you Sarah....Rome here we come!

I made one call and within half an hour Sarah had researched all the options and returned the call to me with booking quickly secured. It couldn't have been easier!

On the 02/09/24 we went to hays travel in Chippenham to ask about a cruise, the travel agent showed us a P&O cruise which she recommended B507 as it included extras which were £200 on board spending and free parking. We decided to go with that one but had to sort insurance first( hays gave us an insurance company to ring) we tried to contact them all afternoon without success.
The next morning we managed to sort it so went to Chippenham with the medical number Hays required. We were then told the price had increased and the deposit and also much to our disappointment the on board spend had been removed by P&O.
We have emailed P&O and they it is a matter for Hays to sort.
We went onto the P&O website to look at our cruise and they are offering £460 on board spend so as you can imagine we feel very disappointed.
Hoping you can look on us favourably as we are both pensioners and £200 will go along way.
