We had visited to see what cruises were available and after talking with Emma decided to book a P & O Norway cruise for September.
Emma took great care in finding our needs and preferences and than offering a suitable package including car parking.
we have booked with Hays before and on each occaison have been very pleased with the attenrion paid in establishing our requirements and then finding a suitable holiday.

Great deal for the money.

We were welcomed into the shop as soon as we walked in and Grace, the lady that helped us was really nice. She talked us through everything and got it all booked for us.

The Young lady whom we spoke to, Emma. was very welcoming, always positive. Nothing was too much trouble and helped us arrange the itinerary and hotels we were looking for. Her knowledge was excellent and anything she had to check on was conveyed back to us within hours.

Always polite and informative staff. Greeted with a smole and by my name mskkng it a personal experience.

Sarah was a great help, giving us great insight and advice when deciding on our holiday.

The whole booking process was smooth and clearly explained by Sarah , all of the details for excursions etc was explained but no pressure to book them there and then.

I came to the office with an outline plan for a trip and left it with Grace to explore possibilities. 2 days later i had an email with fully fleshed out plan for flights, transfers and hotel. I went back to the office the same day and completed the booking.
