Friendly and Helpful.
We decided where to go on holiday so went to Hays, as always, booked our holiday, sorry I don't know the name of the member of staff who booked us, but she was very helpful and friendly. Always the same when we go in there, now getting excited and looking forward to our holiday in Fuerteventura.

She was a lovely young lady and arranged our holiday
perfectly. We gave her all the details of what we wanted and she did the rest. Easy and efficient. Grace was very friendly and a great asset to the branch.

Outstanding service
We have used Hays travel in Chippenham loads of times, and have always had outstanding service, the knowledge is second to none, you don’t get that on line so would highly recommend them to get you the right holiday at the right price, a big thank you to Sarah as the go to person, who knows what would like even when we don’t.
