I have always found the reception and…
I have always found the reception and advisory staff very helpful in my local branch [Chichester].
The only issue is the uncertainty of EU and Government rules and declarations which affect travellers.
I understand this is also tricky for staff but if, say, an email message could be sent to customers updating us, this would be helpfulpful.

Excellent introduction to Hayes Travel
We were welcomed as soon as we walked into your company in South Street Chichester.
Your colleague Susan Clark spent some time both on line and on the telephone finding us the holiday to suit our needs. It was a succesful visit thanks to her time and patience.
