We had seen a holiday on Love Holiday and wanted to see if Hays Travel did the same. On the first phone call with Geniveve that particular's resort wasn’t available, but she would check out some alternatives.
A few days later Krystal rang they had managed to get a booking on the resort we had enquired about.
The booking was made very easy, we have booked with Hays Travel before and can throughly recommend the Chichester branch.

Hays were very responsive at short notice, understood my needs and delivered.
Sarah provided a timescale for a response which was same day. I wasn't sure if this would be possible but she was true to her word and we managed to complete the booking the same day which exceeded my expectations.
