Excellent Holiday
Just returned from a three night stay in San Francisco followed by a seven night California cruise. Sarah and her team at Chichester branch arranged the trip. It ran so smoothly from start to finish, taxi was arranged from airport to hotel, from hotel to cruise liner and finally from port to airport. Excellent value for money.
A must when staying in San Francisco, the hop on hop off bus, open top bus ride across Golden Gate Bridge, truly memorable

Vicky made us feel very welcome
Vicky made us feel very welcome. She was patient and kind and managed to book us on a holiday exactly where and when we wanted. We were able to pay, obtain our boarding passes and our Euros at the same time. Perfect.

A really good outcome
My wife and I visited the Chichester Branch to book a P&O cruise for May 2027. Krystal made all the arrangements for us quickly, efficiently and with a very pleasant manner. I booked my holiday with Hays Travel yesterday and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable.
The team were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Nothing felt rushed or pressured — just helpful advice and great service throughout.
What really stood out was how easy they made the whole process. They explained everything clearly, found me a fantastic option, and made sure I felt confident and excited about my booking.
It’s so nice to have that personal touch you just don’t get when booking online. I’ll definitely be booking with Hays Travel again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free holiday booking experience.
