Great service from Nicola at the Chester branch. Nothing too much trouble sorting our F1 Grand Prix at Monza this September.

Staff are always amazing. We have just booked a holiday with Nicola to Norway for next year, she put our minds at ease as she had been to the places that we are visiting and was knowledgeable about the area, Hays is always the first place we visit to book a holiday, already thinking about 2027!!!! From the minute we walked into the shop we were greated with a smile and offered a seat. We knew what we wanted and were dealt with efficiently and informed of extras that we could book to our benefit. By the time we left we were extremely happy and felt reassured.
