Angel was an absolute legend!! She listened to me, found the perfect sea cruise and dates. She set up the DD and got me the lowest deposit.
She was thorough, patient and friendly and of course professional

Can’t praise the Brania( sorry if I got the name wrong), who booked our cruise enough. She explained everything to me in a way I could understand. She even accommodated the fact I had to take my dad to hospital in the middle of booking and asked how how was when I returned the next day. Lovely girl and I felt at ease and I know she’d be happy to help with and questions or queries I may have. She really made the whole process so easy and I would definitely recommend her and hays travel if you want to book a holiday or even just ask some questions about a holiday. I’d like to thank the girl and hates travel for their conduct.

We always use Hays Travel as we know that we will be getting the best customer service bar none. Angel was a star so friendly, happy & polite helping me to book our holiday & went through everything for before doing the booking. Nothing was a bother for her (even my silly questions I kept asking her!!). All the other staff are lovely in there & will help you find the holiday you want. We will always use Hays Travel as it is a company we trust.

We had a lovely experience booking out last minute holiday on 23rd June, we depart on 6th July.
Bronia was very helpful by looking at all holiday options that we had previously viewed on line and suggested other available countries/ areas. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to get to know

Gemma was very friendly and helpful giving us some recommendations for hotels. Once we decided she went through the booking explaining what is included. She is going to phone two weeks before departure and will help us with tickets and boarding passes.

Hotel too far out of town full of kids and there was a football acadamy for spanish kids so very noisey not enough beds round pool we wouldnt come back to this hotel but resort lovely and alot bigger than expected

The staff at Chester le street shop very helpful and friendly we have booked with them few times now we get our euros there we were offered a money card they talked us through it so we got one all sorted lovely shop

Bronia was very helpful. I told her where and when we wanted to travel to on a half board basis. She showed me some hotels, and I was able to choose a lovely one in Palma Nova. The whole booking time was very quick.
