Jo has been really helpful and friendly in booking our trip to Australia.
We had a bit of a problem with some of our flights (Cathy Pacific informed me that my 4 business class flights were cancelled) but Jo immediately looked into it and sorted it out.
So very happy and we’ll definitely use Hays again for any big trips we do.

Trinity as always, was so helpful sorting out a holiday for the family. We took a long time deciding but she was very patient and talked us though our best options. She has done all the paperwork and will be checking us in, ensuring a stress free experience for us all.
