Trinity that works in the Chelmsford office is amazing, she helped us last year with our cruise, she was so helpful we booked again this year with her, there wasn't anything she wouldn't do for us, we wouldn't deal with anyone else. She's always happy and so so professional.

Our experience was made great by Evita. It was mostly your travel consultant, EVITA. I had spoken to her three times prior to actually booking. A solo trip to Australia is completely out of my comfort zone, so as you can imagine I had quite a few worries and concerns but EVITA, always gave me her time and patience, to listen and reassured me. Which I really appreciated.and the actual booking wasn’t straight forward so again to achieve what I actually wanted, she took the time, not only to get the flight, but also to arrange the assistance that I will need. So thank you EVITA. I am really pleased, I’m sure she is a great asset to your company.
