Michelle was very patient with us, reviewing numerous options s until we found the one that worked for us. Even contacted us on her day off to ensure everything was booked as we wanted. Went above and beyond and cannot recommend her highly enough.

From the outset we were made welcome. Staff we extremely helpful making the booking process pleasurable.

On visiting Hays Travel Chelmsford, we were greeted by a lovely lady called Trinity. We explained what we were looking for whilst taking in a wedding and staying on in Porto after the wedding. Trinity was very professional in all aspects of her role and the way she communicated with us making sure we were relaxed and happy throughout the visit. We left with all the information which I then need to pass to my family as we were booking for four people. We went back the following week to book the holiday. Trinity was exactly the same so pleased to see us and went through all the paperwork. Trinity’s communication skills are amazing, this lovely lady is an asset to your company. We will defiantly be booking any other holidays we’re having. I have also recommended Hayes’s Travel Chelmsford and Trinity to my friends.

Considering it was the first day back from holiday for your agent and returning to work the young lady was excellent. She endeavoured to get us the best deal. I cannot fault her with the booking, checked about Our passports and also offered to help further on with boarding passes etc. I have always in the past done the holiday bookings myself online so this was my first experience via a travel agent. Very good service

We were sold a package that was much more expensive than the prices we found later with a quick search. No apology and no offer to make amends. This is very disappointing seeing that we have been loyal customers for many years. We are perfectly capable of booking our own holidays online and will not be using Hays in future.
