Always a pleasure, feel at ease with the Castleford staff. I’m not a fussy customer I do my research before and if there’s a problem they have always tried to sort it.

I am writing to share some feedback regarding the service my partner and I received when we visited your Castleford branch on Saturday, 22nd August 2026 around lunchtime. Although the travel consultants were busy with other customers, the customer service we received was great from start to finish.

Soon after we walked in, Leanne came over from the foreign exchange area to greet us and made sure we were looked after. She told us everyone was currently busy with other customers and as soon as they were free they would deal with us. She also mentioned that Hannah, another travel consultant, had a pre-booked appointment due soon, but asked us to take a seat and reassured us someone would help us as quickly as possible.

Shortly after that, Hannah came into the main office area. She also told us that she had an appointment coming in at 1pm but wanted to make sure we were comfortable while we waited. She kindly offered to get us both a drink while we sat down.

While Hannah was making our drinks, Sophie became free and took over to help us with our query. She was very efficient and got straight on the phone to Newmarket Holidays to check all the availability and prices for us. Once she had everything laid out, she asked if we wanted to go ahead. Because the service from every member of staff had been great, we didn't hesitate and decided to book the holiday right then and there.

We wanted to take this time to thank Leanne, Hannah, and Sophie for looking after us so well. It is clear that you run a fantastic, welcoming team at Castleford and we will definitely be back.

We called into Castleford branch and we sat with Hannah, she couldn’t have done more for us . She was very warm and welcoming .

Ruby your advisor was really friendly, my friend and I had called in your shop enquirying about a cruise. I've never been on a cruise before so I had a lot of questions.Ruby was very happy to help with lots of information and suggestions without any hard sell which we both appreciated. We received copies each of what we had discussed and went away happy. Ruby explained she would keep our details on computer to make it easier. We returned the next day and booked our holiday. Ruby took plenty of time with us which we appreciated, everything printed out and confirmed what booked. Very happy.

All the staff in store were friendly, they spoke to us and ensured we were comfortable throughout. The booking process was done smoothly and the whole in store experience was spot on.
