I would not go anywhere else. The staff at Hays Travel are first class. Customer service is excellent. I dealt with Sammie for this year's booking. She was very knowledgeable on the resorts I was looking at. She went out of her way to help.

After going in the wonderful young lady Shannon eventually found us the perfect holiday after 2 hours of searching, couldn't work out where we actually wanted to go Shannon had the patience of a saint and ended up going to Tenerif adult only, was perfect for us had a fantastic time, if it wasn't for all her help we probably have never picked this hotel it was wonderful, all I can say is 10/10 for her , great service

Paul and staff are very welcoming and nothing is an issue for them. They listen to what we would like and always find us a deal. Handy being able to get currency and it's always well sticked no matter what you need.

Above and beyond …
Out agent went above and beyond to find a holiday for seven females. A task not many people would want. Paul however managed in very little time to do this with a smile and pleasant attitude. Thank you Paul.
