As usual prompt and efficient service. A few days away in 3weeks. A new place for me, Krakow. Good deal for a wee break.

We have used Hays on many occasions & have always found them to be helpful, friendly & able to offer suitable suggestions for resorts, hotels etc. We will continue to use them for future holiday bookings.

The knowledge of Joni the lady that helped us, she was able to find us the holiday we were looking for.

first time in many years that I've used a travel agent to book a holiday - very impressed and much more relaxing than trying to manage all the flights and hotel by myself at home. As I would do, the hotels reviews were checked, cost of add-ons like breakfast was calculated and so worked well for me.

Excellent Company value for money would recommed to family and friends.

I didn't get the lady's name but she took alot of time to help me book a good holiday. She was very knowledgeable about the resorts which would be suitable for me and I didn't feel rushed and gave excellent service, that's why I always book with hays.
