Very helpful finding the right accommodation and assistance at airport for us as my husband has trouble with his back/hip and printing all our paperwork - so we are just ready to go - MANY THANKS

There was 4 of us and we each said what we were looking for Keara the assistant put it all together and came up with a few we could choose from we opted for a 5 star adult only hotel in Cyprus thanks Keara

You have a good Branch structure, and you remember that even for a short stay in Europe it is still a large expense to go on Holiday. The Customer facing agent in store was superb, Sammie.

I booked two holidays with the Cameron Toll branch Edinburgh. 1. Protaras Cyprus, @ a cost of £1045.00, in August. I was asked to pay a deposit of £321.00 which I did. The next again day I was asked to pay the balance and was informed that the manager had made a mistake, unfortunately I was in Amsterdam and was not able to reply to this request. I had to take the day (Monday)of my work to comply with this request. I have just started using Hays Travel having been with Barrhead for several years and am a bit annoyed with the managers handling of my bookings. PS, I have already had SIX bookings with Barrhead Travel this year and am intending to keep using Hays Travel. Thomas Wilson.

This was my first experience booking a holiday through agency as I normally do plan holidays all myself( Flights, hotels, travelling) however this year i was too busy to plan a
nything and decided to go through Hays Travel ( In person at their Cameron toll agency) and girl i was pleased! I got everything i needed and more. The staff were helpful and professional and got a good deal and a good holiday deal/package that fit my budget and they even suggested other helpful adds including airport parking while away,etc which all were done within an hour! Left feeling light and happy for the upcoming holidays ( hope the package meets our expectations - travelling in two weeks time - watch this space).

As always a great service with hays travel even although the poor trainee was having technical issues with the computer system at the tim she dealt with this promptly and professionally and all was resolved in good time well done
