It is my first experience of going on a cruise. Little or no idea idea. The lady took the time to listen and gave me a few ideas. On booking she showed great kindness and was very professional.

I went in to book a mini break to Salou and Rachel was so helpful she knew just what I wanted .

We didn't know what to expect never being a Hays Customer before.
The staff member who helped us was great, she listened to what we wanted, our ideas, was open and honest about what was included in our holiday .
It didn't feel rushed and before we knew it our holiday was chosen, reconfirmed, booked and paid for.
It was stress free.
Yes we could have spent hours going online ourselves comparing hotels, destinations but to be honest I'm glad we chose to go to Hays because they gave their own experience of visiting our chosen destination, and what they enjoyed while they were there.

We went in just to see if you could compare to an online price we had seen. But once we arrived, right from the start, the staff were amazing and we so helpful. The Burnley store matched the online price and made us feel fantastic… they even took the time to talk to our children, and made them feel so special!
