Natalie, in the Burnley office, was very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. Didn't make us feel 'stupud' in asking questions.

Amii went through everything with us and changing hotels for us. Very polite and welcoming.

No rush No push she was very helpful and took time to listen to what we wanted

Rachel from Hays travel Burnley has been amazing! I called her to ask for help with booking a last minute holiday! She has helped me every step of the way, from finding a perfect family holiday, to helping me set up the app for the travel money card. She was fab and very friendly!

Rachel made our booking so easy as we weren’t sure what we wanted. So we went for her recommendation and booked our holiday. Everyone here are so friendly and knowledgeable and have booked our third holiday here this year.

Absolutely over the moon with the help of a lovely staff members called Georgia at the Burnley office over the past week.
We went in not knowing where to go that would be best for families and with a budget. Not only did she help find a place affordable but she helped us with her own experience of places and where would be best to go with plenty to do for our little ones.
Safe to say we will not be booking anymore holidays anywhere else but here as all the stress was taken out of it by a very understanding staff member who made the process easy and enjoyable. I can not thank her enough
