Aleah went above & beyond to show us all opportunities available, nothing was too much trouble, she even worked 1 hour after her going home time to make sure everything was booked for us
Cannot fault the service we have received from Hayes over the years, the stand out is the service from Aleah in the last few days

Booking agent was pleasant & polite.
Booking agent was pleasant & polite.
Had to wait for about 10 minutes for someone to become available.
Agent was happy to try several combinations of destinations & dates. Didn't feel rushed.
One important criteria for us was time of transfer, agent wasn't able to offer resorts within an hour of airport. We had to go into each hotel's details individually to identify potential destinations.
