Every step explained to me so I understood exactly what the booking was and what I needed to know. I booked the holiday as a surprise for my wife. I was told this was a 4 star hotel, more 2 to 3. The hotel reception was rude on arrival, when asked about all inclusive history response was, it's not the Carribbean!! No help with luggage to room, room dirty, hair in bed, human waste on curtain, bathroom shabby. Not at tall happy with what I was sold.

Staff made the holiday booking process extremely easy and pleasant.

Visited the broughton park branch after seeing a poster in the window . We were helped to find an amazing holiday by Emellia who was very knowledgeable and helpful . A credit to your company

There was a bit of a wait for a travel agent but when the store manager got to us she was very helpful and gave us a great deal

Ceri was efficient and pleasant. She was also very good in helping me find the perfect holiday.
