Your staff at the Bromley branch were so lovely, patient and extremely helpful

We were met by a friendly and helpful assistant, who went out of her way to secure we had the best arrangements for our forthcoming holiday.

Both girls were very polite and friendly they exceeded our expectations providing us with a very competitive price for a cruise. We will definitely return for future trips.

Saw the holiday on Hays Travel Bluewater I called to enquire to be told they couldn’t find the holiday which I found difficult to understand as they advertised it.
So I contacted Hays Travel in Bromley spoke to a young g lady called Lillie who found the holiday within half an hour went above and beyond to find the exact holiday called me back with all the information and we booked through her.

I normally just book my holidays with Tui on my app , but I recently went into the Bromley store and was warmly greeted by the staff Stacie and Mia , I told them what I was looking for and they were both amazing trying to find my preferred choice .
Stacie went through every date for me and checked the best flight times . Although she wasn’t able to get my teachers discount she price matched a Tui holiday I had found on my app , which I then booked with her .
I will definitely consider using a travel agents for my next holiday . The staff at the Bromley store were all helpful .

Stacie, the shop manager was really helpful and enthusiastic. The team were all really friendly. So much so that my partner even bought them a box of doughnuts n he’s usually a miserable sod! lol.

I attended the Bromley branch for my 12pm appt with Sana. Sana was helpful, professional and most of all patient. She allowed me as much time as I needed to ask questions as we worked through the process of booking my first ever cruise to the Caribbean. At one point another colleague sat in to provide some additional information regarding the cabin/balcony which demonstrated how knowledgeable they all were and how well they worked together as a team. It was a pleasant experience.

We were given clear information to help form our cruise holiday. The agent was very helpful.

We booked a trip to florida for 9 of us recently with Lily from the Bromley Branch. She was so friendly and listened to exactly what we wanted. She is newer to the role so anything she didn't know she would ask Ruby, who was another wonderful travel agent.
Both were fantastic!

Yet again Hays came up trumps, the service my wife and I had from Stacie was second to none, she spent in excess of two hours going through the various cruises assisting in flights, destinations and value for money.
