I gave a location and dates for my holiday with reasonable flight times. I was given best flight times and several options of where to stay. We worked together to arrange the best hotel for our stay. Really easy and helpful advise all the way. Carlie Versey, you are a star!!!

Fabulous service for first time cruisers!
Emma provided all the guidance we needed to confidently book our first cruise. We had done some on line research, but booking the right cabin was difficult to navigate. Emma made this so easy and we were very pleased with her professional

The staff were very friendly and listened to what I was looking for. They spent plenty of time with me looking for exactly the right thing - which was found. The lady I originally saw was on leave when I went back to book but she had saved everything so it was all very easy.
