Hays Travel - Broadstone Recensioni 

A friendly welcome and help with decision making for a last minute break. However, we have ended up NOT in the place we were hoping. We booked a hotel in Costa Adeje but it is not in the resort but in Adeje, despite the hotel address. It is not possible to walk into Costa Adeje from where we are. Disappointing outcome but feel Jet 2 need to be advised.

The customer service, the knowledge of destinations , the friendly approach and ease of booking holidays knowing it’s all been put into place and sorted .

This was the first time I had booked a trip through Hays Broadstone.I dealt with the Branch Manager Emma and found her to be very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful giving good advice on the choices available. There was no hard sell. Will use again.
