Lynsey in Broadstone was extremely helpful and caring having understood our needs for a calming and healing holiday.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Took us through details of 2 different cruises as we had not made up Our minds which we would prefer. We booked 2 cabins and each had our own paperwork. I did find an error in mine when I got home but an e mail had already been sent to apologise and new paperwork issued.

Brilliant service. We mentioned to Emma a few weeks earlier that if any cancelations came up on the P&O cruise flight from Bournemouth we would be interested and she did. The first option wasn't quite right, but she didn't give up & a couple of weeks later she came back with the perfect option, brilliant!

Well, we have booked last minute holidays through Hays Travel several times and every time had brilliant experiences & advice. Not this time, unfortunately. We asked for a quiet hotel in a not too touristy location and interesting place. We got a very noisy hotel - karaoke till 1am in the morning or very loud music. Also from the hotel next door. And a very touristy location, with not many interesting places to visit. A couple who came in on the same flight asked for a hotel transfer straight away. This probably would have been a good idea! Luckily we had taken ear plugs and a sense of humour! The hotel & room was clean. Some of the staff friendly. Breakfast served 8-10am but if you were down after 8.30am most of the luke warm food had gone. Made the best of it but think we would research and probably do the booking ourselves next time.

The travel agent was very helpful, efficient and friendly. She did an excellent job and I was very happy with the service.

Lindsay at your Broadstone Branch was excellent. Very friendly, knowledgeable and reassured my wife and I when we decided to do a coach tour for the first time.

I thought about my options at home and looked online at the relevant details. the price was dropping as my preferred date approached - I eventually made a decision and booked a holiday through Hays, saving £120.00
