The staff were very helpful even when my credit card did not work. The store was clean, staff very polite and opened the door the for me as i had a walking stick.

The perfect holiday
As always, Hayes travel went above and beyond to get us our best holiday. Sarah in the Bridgwater store was great. Nothing too much trouble showed us all the options available

Keep your local Travel Agent in the Town Centre
Found Resort and Hotel on line and wanted a price match so that I could book in store. KEEP THE SHOPS OPEN - our town are losing too many facilities through lack of use.
Travel consultant was very helpful and was able to match the price I had found online. =. Holiday booked using the local Travel Agency. A win all round.

Excellent help and advice
Excellent help and advice, we just returned from Rovaniemi in lapland, such a great time, lovely hotel. Flew with ryanair frim bristol that was straight forward and easy too. Thank u Hays bridgwater planning to go lapland again now
