The staff were really friendly and helpful. Listened to what I wanted and did their best to meet my needs. From booking the holiday to sorting out the assisted travel they made. Oolong the holiday easy

We went into Hays to ask for ideas about Thailand and where would be the best places to go and how to do it. We came away with three separate suggestions and were back a week later to book Phuket, Krabi and Koh Samui.
There staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about where to go we wouldn’t hesitate using then again.

Poppy from the Bridgwater branch made our experience of booking a cruise seamless from start to finish. She showed a genuine interest in where we’re from and what our jobs were, while also sharing details about herself. As I have said before Hays Travel always find what we are looking for in a cruise. Especially with finding accessible cabins, The staff in Bridgwater are extremely helpful and have lots of patience.

Helpful, polite, efficient, caring staff who always put the customers needs first.....even though I'm a difficult customer. Remembing a customer name and previous holidays etc shows a personal touch not given by other companies.

They were really helpful and nothing was too much. Thank you for all you help.
