I cannot recommend Brendan highly enough! I reached out to him about a cruise and, after it initially showed no availability, he checked twice and proactively contacted me the moment a space opened up — that kind of attentiveness really set the tone for the whole experience.

The booking process itself was seamless and took just a few minutes, with Brendan guiding me through every step clearly and patiently. To top it all off, he went above and beyond by using his industry contacts to secure us an upgrade for our special occasion — something we never could have arranged on our own.

My experience with Brendan o'Connor has been top-notch. His attention to detail & communication skills are excellent. We needed a lot of guidance & info which Brendan is providing.
