Brendan is so knowledgeable about booking a cruise. I can trust him to find the best situated cabin for my money and point out any pitfalls. I’ve just booked my 4th cruise with him. Nothing was too much trouble. Every query was answered quickly and honestly, and I never felt under any pressure. He took the time to explain everything and explored various different flight options at our request, nothing was too much trouble and the level of communication by email and WatsApp throughout was second to none.
