My friends and I were looking to book a holiday, but we weren’t sure where to go, and we had a specific date and budget in mind. None of this was an issue for Rhona at Hayes Bluewater—her knowledge and experience were truly invaluable. She happily spent nearly three hours helping us find the perfect holiday.
We’re so grateful we chose Hayes, as Rhona’s customer service was incredible from start to finish. Thanks to her, we now have a holiday to look forward to that we simply wouldn’t have found on our own.

Hays travel agents, Bluewater are fantastic. they look after you from beginning to end very very efficient. Recommend to anyone and it works out cheaper than if doing it yourself you can’t beat their deals. Staff are very friendly.
