Kathleen was absolutely amazing, she understood my needs as a wheelchair user. Ringing our chosen hotel and emailed them to confirm a downstairs room. Very knowledgeable of where we were staying. Totally stress free booking including sorting assistance at the airport. Cannot recommend her highly enough

Went Sunday 31st to Look at Holiday and Booked a week in Rhodes with Great help from Jocleyn

The lady who did our booking was lovely however after paying a £500 deposit it turned out she had booked the wrong year. This resulted in a complete change of holiday . She apologised many times and I think she was embarrassed
