It was a very good experience Olivia is always very helpful and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to have her dealing with our booking.

The original holiday i wanted was no longer available and Susan went through several different options until I found the one I liked . Nothing was too much trouble. Every detail from booking hol to checking in was dealt with.

The young girl was great, very helpful and polite thank you for your help

I always do some research and know where and when I want to go on holiday. The staff in Blackwood always help me book what I want, rather than try to influance me with other holidays

Went in to book a holiday and got what I wanted with help from the agent who booked the holiday he was very helpful .

From start to finish everything was brilliant staff brilliant will defo be back.

On entering the travel shop the agent, Susan, that dealt with us was polite, helpful and really couldn't do enough to make our experience easy. Everything we requested she endeavoured to do for us and on leaving the shop the whole of our holiday was sorted only having to collect our tickets 2 weeks before we travel. Can't thank her enough.

Oh! the Hays staff, at Blackwood, Friendly , Professional, the customer comes first. They take an interest in how you are doing,
Then there is Sue, who is training harder than ever to take part in her first ever, Caerdydd Half marathon later on at the end of the year.
The whole Hays team are out walking the Gower, this Easter i think! Their smiles say it all. and then they still find time too, find another awesome holiday for me. when i popped in to see them, the other day. Awesome!.
