Feeling of missed information
Well when I booked my holiday I was told there was only 1 room left and so I booked. I also asked if your app was as easy to use as jet2 to (as I usually book direct with jet2) and was told yes, yet I cant see anything on there apart from making payments. I cant see booking seats or ordering food when I was told I could do this. Also when I came out of the shop I went on jet2 direct and found the same holiday £200 cheaper and the holiday was exactly the same as what they I had just booked with hayes.

I just wanted to address the points you raised. I’m sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t been as expected, particularly regarding the information you were given about the app and being able to manage aspects of your holiday such as booking seats and ordering food. I completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after being reassured that the app would be as easy to use as Jet2’s.
I also appreciate your concerns regarding the price difference you found when checking directly with Jet2. I can understand why this would be disappointing after you had already booked with us
