Booking experience
We didn't actually know what we wanted really just a rough idea...walked into Hays travel and from start to finish Lorna was amazing! Found exactly what we wanted with the ideas we gave her and added extras like sorting train travel to our different destinations while there.

First class service.
As soon as my and wife and I entered Hays at Blackwood we were greated with a smile by Olivia. She made our booking so easy. It was our first booking a cruise, we were a little unsure on what to do etc., but she made it all so easy for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you Olivia, you are a star 🌟

We’ve been booking with Laura and the team for several years, and they have always been very helpful and particularly now with our new granddaughter joining the fun.
Even when we needed to change things all staff on board chipped in to make it happen
