Jade was polite, friendly and easy to talk to. She dealt with my booking quickly
I had already found where I wanted to go on easyjets website. I find it easier for hays staff to do the booking as I can't always read the wording on my phone. The staff are always helpful

A pleasure to book with Hays travel. Steph at the Blackburn branch knows exactly what l require for my booking. Within ten minutes my hotel, flights and everything are taken care of. And, always polite, as are the rest of the staff. It’s a great company to deal with, and they listen, and try and get you the best possible deal.
