Went in to Hays in Blackburn on my lunch. Steph was extremely helpful, friendly & professional. She obviously knows her job well. Steph was patient whilst i checked if i could get the leave from work & wasn't at all pushy for a sale.
It was so good to speak to someone who makes it easy to understand, explains what apps to install, how to pay & generally gives the one to one service you do not get when booking online. Especially useful for a cruise. Fantastic service. I would strongly recommend using Hays again as i shall be doing. Thanks so much
