Have used Hays Travel Berwick before and can't rate them high enough. All staff are so friendly and helpful and Shauni booked for us this time and she was brill.

Becky at Berwick office was so helpful it made inquiring and booking our trip to Malta easy and painless everyone was helpful and friendly nice doing business with them we will definitely be back

As always, Becky was friendly, well-informed and efficient. My flights were sorted out very quickly, as was my car hire. This is why Hays is always my first stop for travel queries.

On my first and second visit I spoke with Sophie. Very friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. Also kept in touch by email but not pushy. The third visit, I asked for Sophie but Sophie wasn’t in, we booked with Tamara. Nice girl, not as warm as Sophie but not rude and most efficient. Tamara gave us some advice from her own experiences and knowledge of the place we have booked.

Staff, (Becky) service & purchasing process all spot on.
