Great service

Louise was fab, very patient and found us the holiday we were looking for

The staff were all so welcoming and made us feel at home and comfortable.
Nothing was too much trouble and our host had to make a phone call to arrange our trip as the one listed had sold out.

Great staff in Ayr Louise was very helpfull and Kay helped me down load the Hays app

Customer service was really good.
Abbi was very helpful in going through all the information we asked for.
Booking was easy & everything well explained, the app was easy to download & useful for payments.

Kay was excellent and took the time to compare different flights and hotels. She was able to find us the best deal, and her suggestion of flying with a different company was what we went with.

Responded to Facebook advertised holiday, message back even though out of office hours, couple of questions answered, holiday slightly cheaper than what was originally quoted, booked within an hour or so of my original query.

Abbi was a friendly, welcoming member of the team. Helped us book our upcoming holiday to Portugal. Everything went smoothly, even said about phoning to add on priority boarding to help us. She was very knowledgeable and we will be back to book up future holidays

My initial enquiry on Facebook Messenger was dealt with promptly. I was give a couple of options which met my requirements. Communication was great from start to finish.
When I went in to book the holiday the staff were friendly, helpful and informative.
Great team of girls who are passionate about there job....would highly recommend.
