Excellent Service
My husband and I used Hays Travel recently as we had a complicated itinerary we wanted to achieve. Staff member (Carla) had prepared several options for us and after some discussions we booked our dream holiday. The whole process was very relaxed and stress free, would highly recommend.

Second Booking
This was the second occasion I have used Hay's Travel in Arbroath, and the customer care experience was first class. Tracey was my adviser on both occasions, and could not have been more helpful. In less time than I would have struggled with online, we left with a cruise booked, and all details sent to us within 3 hours. Fantastic. Thank you Tracey.
