The staff are very easy to talk to and helpful with different ideas to get the best price for our trip. Angela is so good with us she has lots of knowledge about travel.

Angela was having trouble with the system and couldn’t get our holiday booked. She tried the next day, with no luck. The following day I got a phone call from Angela, the system seemed to have been fixed and she managed to book our holiday. Definitely went above and beyond. We have used Hays Travel in Arbroath on quite a few occasions and always found the staff to be really helpful.
