Bradley at Andover, gave me lots of useful information, setup an itinary for an Anniversay trip and helping inform me of other holiday opportunities.

Gemma was so helpful and spent a lot of time with us to find our holiday. This our second holiday booked through Hays and we will certainly book with them agsin

Your staff are professional, polite, respectful and helpful, made me feel very comfortable and confident in both their and my decisions about the bookings we made. So much easier for me dealing with a human rather than a computer. Many thanks to all the staff at Andover Hays.

Ann at Andover was very helpful, had plenty of knowledge and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her helping us to choose our holiday, in fact whilst booking she gave us further information on another holiday I am interested in doing in the next couple of years and would make sure to keep me posted on when the holidays became available to book as they go very quickly.

Really helpful advisor (Bradley) has been checking things out for me and we have arranged a great plan. It involves a stay in more than one place, so it's not all finalised yet, but the crucial bits are done.

Ann was very helpful in my request and fulfilled my requirements.

Kaylee was friendly and helpful and listened to what we said. She also answered any questions we had. We did not feel rushed in any way.

The staff in our Andover shop could not be more helpful they choose an amazing hotel for us in Cyprus and did everything they could for us they even did our online book in 😊
