Extremely attentive and helpful

I was told at the point of booking I had to pay the balance by 11.3.25. Next day I received a letter saying balance was in fact due 12.2.25, the day I booked. I was given the wrong information and refused a refund( I have an email from the person I booked with confirming he made the error) After complaining to the branch, they managed to get an extension for payment to 06.03.25. I had to borrow money to pay for this, or lose what I had paid as a deposit, and the extra I paid. As a family, we have booked many times with Hays, but will definitely shop around for our next trips

Kaylee truly excels in her role, bringing a wealth of experience with hotels and venues that is simply outstanding. We are incredibly grateful for her assistance in planning our first family holiday as a family of four.

The manager Ann could not be more accommodating or helpful. She made our airline reservations as I asked then called Thomas and between them worked out a fantastic business class fares for 2 persons round trip to New Zealand. Parting with £14,000.00 was painless thanks to them.
