The team at Haynes were very helpful, professional and friendly and completed the work in very good time. Employment that demands the use of a commercial van is entirely dependent on a fantastic vehicle maintenance solution and would highly recommend Haynes Ford in Maidstone.

The staff dealt with the task in hand without any issues . The service staff and sales staff were very helpful at looking after my car from the day before the maintenance check ( Sunday ) until I picked my car up after it had been washed at 5pm . Laura and another male staff with strange name I can’t remember were particularly helpful .

Great level of service, professional service staff (especially Tommy), very happy with the work done on my MOT and service. I have a problem with my battery losing power over 2 - 3 days, but was reassured by the staff that this will be finally dealt with which was another reassurance. 10 out of 10!

Took my ban in for a service on Saturday morning and had no alternative but to wait until it was done. It was booked in swiftly, serviced and back to me as soon as possible. Good communication with me regarding any work needing done either there and then or at a later time.

This was my first visit to Ford Haynes service dept , i previously used Trustford Gillingham ( now SMC) . Trustford were fine and sorted out my requirements for a service plan with all the additional added to the plan ie brake fluid changes / air con top up / etc . Then they changed hands to SMC and that’s where it went downhill , i requested a price for a service plan and was told “ what do you want “ rather than them telling me what would be needed over a 3 year period nothing came back to me . So then i contacted Ford Haynes and supplied me a service plan with all requirements and more . So i gave Haynes my custom , they’ve just completed my service & MOT . I was very happy with the way Haynes served me .

Easy booking experience and greeted by friendly staff. Was called when vehicle was ready.

Always made to feel welcome by the front desk. A comfortable waiting area with tea, coffee and water available. Video of car check sent through in a timely manner.

I booked my van in for a service and brake pad change on a Monday so actual booking date for van to be dropped off on the Thursday for works to be carried out
I didn't recieve a call telling my van was ready or not ready so I went in on the Thursday evening 5pm and apart from other customers waiting as your card reader machine wasn't working and customers leaving to go to cash machines I then find out that my van hadn't even been worked on so the option was do I want to leave it with yourselves and I asked for how long they couldn't give me an answer so I said no I need it for next day
Then i asked why the work hadn't been carried out as it was"booked in" and they couldn't give me the answer but they said the person dropping my van at front reception for me to collect would be able to give me the answer to my surprise the van dropped off at the back and then the woman at front desk came out to give me my key who originally said the person from workshop would be able to tell me why work hadn't been carried out !
Absolute shambles and poor service
I understand you get busy but you shouldn't book in vehicles to be worked on if you haven't got the time especially like me I had a lift waiting for me.
I have re-booked it in for next week but with trepidation as feel it could happen again
I hope not as that wasn't good customer care.

Courtesy car was nice. Was kept Informed of cars status. Final bill was less than originally quoted. Staff friendly, showroom comfortable
